Deadlines. Teh ais ikat tepi. Burger cheese leleh extra meletop viral. These are the main culprits behind why not a single person in the Cilisos office is healthy and happy. So with all the work stress and tempting food in Malaysia, how many of you guys will say the same?
We’re sure that given the choice, most of us would prefer to be so healthy that we don’t have to worry about things like diabetes or heart attacks despite sitting at our desks for 9 hours a day. But living in Malaysia, there are just so many things stopping us from eating balanced meals, exercising several times a week, and – god forbid – getting at least 7 hours of sleep each night.
Are other people also struggling to be healthy, or are we just lazy?
That’s what we want to find out, so together with our friends from the Sunway Healthcare Group, we put together the Gila Gula survey which, among other things, aim to find out things like…
- …will we order our teh kurang manis or not?
- …are healthy food too expensive for most of us?
- …will most of us break our diets if our friends ajak lepak at a dessert café?
- …are Malaysians not exercising simply because they’re tired all the time?
- …and many more!
If you’re just as curious about all these things as we are (or you just want to take a survey), help us out by answering our Gila Gula Survey today!

This survey will run until 9 October 2024, so don’t wait! Share it with your unhealthy friends as well, and don’t forget to check back with us at the end of October for the results.
