Not for scaredy-cats! Here’s how to win 1 year entry to BTS Theme Park

If you know oyens, then you know that they have a knack for getting in trouble in the most mischievous of ways. As it so happens, one of the mascots at Berjaya Times Square Theme Park is an oyen named Bubbles and… let’s just say we can’t be angry because he’s so cute.

Even when he Error 404 a page on the BTS Theme Park website

Well, this August, Bubbles is back with his oyen shenanigans. Not just that, he’s also bringing Oyen influencer royalty with him – Macho Kingsley, aka King Oyen. And if you like roller coasters as well, stay tuned till the end of this article for a surprise 😼

Here’s the first spec-cat-cular activity this month:

Meet and Greet with paw-pular influencer King Oyen!

Macho Kingsley, aka King Oyen at Berjaya Times Square Theme Park

King Oyen is the most stylish Malaysian Instagram model with four legs. With the fur of a bronze demigod and exuding enough drip to power a cat water fountain, he’s sure to charm you off your feet.

In fact, here’s a photo we took of King Oyen that’s super James Dean-coded:

Do you see the resemblance? James Dean image from Dossier Magazine.

Bubbles and King Oyen will be having a meet and greet on August 10th over two sessions:

  • From 12pm – 2pm, and
  • From 3pm – 5pm

They’ll be outside the Theme Park entrance on level 5, near the souvenir store. The meet-and-greet is free, and they’ll also be giving out Buy 1 Free 1 vouchers for Theme Park tickets while stocks last. Ameowzing!

Eat Roller Coaster after you sit on a roller coaster

To celebrate Roller Coaster Day on August 16, Berjaya Times Square Theme Park is collaborating with Jack ‘n Jill, who make a potato snack called… Roller Coaster.

From August 16 to August 31, you can get a 15% discount on theme park entrance tickets when you buy RM15 worth of Jack ‘n Jill Roller Coaster products.

Since your ticket gets you unlimited rides, be sure to take a few rounds in the Supersonic Odyssey roller coaster. Other than being the longest multiple inverted roller coaster in Asia-Pacific, this loopy thrill ride now comes with an extra twist – keeping your eyes open for the event logos placed throughout the ride path.

If you can spot and count all of the logos correctly, you’ll be on track to win a Theme Park Annual Pass and a Jack ‘n Jill Roller Coaster hamper.

If all those rides made you hungry, you can head over to the Bubbles Cafe on level 7 to try the limited edition Sausage Bun Crunch, which is a cheesy hotdog topped with Roller Coaster.

Best of all, you’ll get 2 packs of Roller Coaster Mega Crunch with each ticket or Sausage Bun Crunch purchase so you can – say it with us – have Roller Coaster with your roller coaster.

Berjaya Times Square Theme Park will be purr-fectly fun for the whole family

Other than the roller coaster, the Theme Park offers a wide range of attractions for all ages and thrill appetites. There’s the kid-friendly Fantasy Garden with Zoofari Animal Ride and Flying Bumblebee, but also other thrill rides like the Dizzy Izzy and DNA Mixer. You can check out the full range of attractions here.

Best of all, you may not even need to pay for your tickets if you can #SpotTheBubbles on more than one social media platform. So get a head start by following their social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok and setting an alarm. Find out more on their website (if Bubbles doesn’t run off with the page).
