Build Xpo 2023: Asia’s Premier Platform for Sustainable Building Solutions

Build Xpo 2023, the Malaysian International Building and Construction Industry Showcase, is set to become Asia’s premier exhibition platform for sustainability and innovation in the building industry.

The construction sector in Malaysia is experiencing a rapid recovery since covid, with an increases in the number and value of projects. In the first quarter of 2023 alone, completed projects rose by 9.4 percent to 32.2 billion, showcasing the industry’s robust growth and potential. Therefore, this event will bring together more local and international builders and contractors to explore solutions and forward-looking ideas in order to meet global ecological and social challenges.

With ‘Leading ESG in Construction’ being its theme, BuildXpo 2023 will feature five segments, covering construction technology and IBS, construction materials, construction equipment, construction machinery, systems and services, and start-ups in the construction industry.

The vision for BuildXpo 2023 is to make it a premier construction exhibition in Malaysia, the region, and globally. Datuk Ir. Ahmad Asri Bin Abdul Hamid, the Chief Executive of CIDB Malaysia (left) and Richard Teo, QUBE’s Executive Chairman (right).
