Infobip x Oracle: Messaging Made Easy

Global cloud comms platform Infobip just leveled up its partnership with Oracle to bring smoother, more engaging messaging experiences to businesses and brands around the world. Thanks to a new integration, Oracle customers and partners can now tap into Infobip’s omnichannel messaging power—all through Oracle Integration.

We all expect brands to meet us where we are—whether that’s WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, or elsewhere—but managing all those platforms can get messy fast. That’s where Infobip’s new Omnichannel Messaging Adapter for Oracle Integration comes in. It helps businesses easily plug in and manage messaging across multiple channels, including third-party apps. It’s quick to set up, cuts down dev time, and gets you to market faster.

Deepak Arora, Vice President, Product Management, Oracle, said:

“Our new collaboration with Infobip will help enterprises simplify connectivity and provide integration between the Infobip messaging platform and any applications using our unified integration platform as a service, Oracle Integration.”

Infobip also rolled out a ready-to-go Accelerator for Oracle’s B2C Service (their contact center solution). This tool lets customers hit up support teams via SMS and WhatsApp in real time—so the whole convo flows naturally. Bonus: both the Adapter and Accelerator are low-code or no-code, so Oracle’s partners and customers don’t need to be tech wizards to make it work.

Veselin Vuković, Chief Alliances Officer, Infobip.

Oracle Integration keeps things secure, scalable, and easy to connect—no matter what apps you’re using or where they live.

Veselin Vuković, Chief Alliances Officer, Infobip, added:

“The Omnichannel Messaging Adapter for Oracle Integration enables Infobip and Oracle customers to tailor our omnichannel solutions to their specific needs using the same platform with just a few clicks.”
