A quick look at Acer laptops and handhelds coming to Malaysia in 2025

Acer announced a slew of updates and refreshes to their lineup at CES 2025. Here’s a quick look at the Acer laptops, desktops, monitors, and handhelds coming to Malaysian shores soon.

Predator Helios AI laptops

Significant performance and feature updates are coming to Acer’s line of Predator gaming laptops, including its flagship Predator Helios 16 AI and Predator Helios 18 AI. The Helios Neo portfolio of midrange gaming laptops also sees a new addition with the Predator Helios Neo 16S AI, bringing a slimmer chassis to the mix without sacrificing performance.

All the devices are powered by (up to) Intel Core Ultra 9 processor 275HX and next-gen NVIDIA
GeForce RTX 50 Series Laptop GPUs, built to deliver next-level gaming and AI performance.

The Helios devices are supported by the ultra-thin 6th Gen AeroBlade 3D fans and MagKey 4.0 mechanical switches. Both lines also receive design refreshes and additional OLED and Mini LED displays.

Additionally, a new Predator XB323QX gaming monitor joins the fray. This gaming monitor with integrated speakers sports a 31.5-inch 5K display and integrated NVIDIA G-SYNC Pulsar technology to deliver remarkable visual clarity and fidelity.

Copilot+ Acer laptops and desktops

With the AI on the forefront, we can rightfully expect an expanded range of Copilot+ laptops and desktops. These all come equipped with the latest processors with integrated neural processing units (NPU) for performance to power AI-driven workloads.

The Swift Go series and the eco-friendly Aspire Vero 16 laptops get a refresh. This year, it combines enhanced computing performance, power efficiency, stunning displays, and sustainable designs.

The Swift Go 14 and Swift Go 16 laptops offer seamless productivity and adaptability in any work environment, with streamlined AI task execution and multi-day battery life, wrapped in ultra-thin and light designs. Powered by the Intel Core Ultra 200H series processors and Intel Arc graphics, these Swift Go laptops deliver up to 99 total on-device AI TOPS for efficient handling of demanding projects and up to 27.5 hours of video playback.

The Aspire Vero 16 is a carbon-neutral laptop and the world’s first to incorporate bio-based oyster shell material.
