Acer Day 2023 is back with discounts, prizes & even a trip to Sydney
Guess what y’all – the annual Acer Day is back! In case you haven’t heard, every year, Acer Malaysia hosts a celebration with roadshows, special sales, rewards and giveaways galore. It’s an absolutely fantastic time for people who want to upgrade their laptops, snag some gaming gear or even pick up lifestyle products.
Here’s a taster – you can get a brand-new laptop for only RM999, or a gaming chair for just RM99! Yeah, the discounts are that good, and here’s how it works…
The Acer Day carnival will have a Flash Sales with HUMONGOUS discounts
Every weekend from 19 August till 10 September 2023, there will be carnivals held at selected Acer Concept Stores all over Malaysia as part of the Acer Day 2023 celebration.
And on the first day of the carnival, there will be a one-day-only Flash Sale where y’all can get selected Acer products at MASSIVELY discounted prices! This Nitro 5 gaming laptop with a built-in RTX3050 graphics card, for instance, usually goes for RM3,599, but will go on sale for only RM2,399:
Or if you’re looking for more of a work laptop, the sleek Acer Aspire 3 (regular price: RM1,599) will be up for grabs for only RM999:
And there’s a steep discount of more than 90% for this ergonomic Nitro gaming chair, which you can bring home for only RM99:
Japan’s mybest Award 2022 no. 1 air purifier, the Acerpure Pro P2, will be on sale as well, at RM899 instead of the usual RM1,299:
There’s lots of other products that’ll go for great prices during the Flash Sale, like the 27-inch, 180hz Nitro QG271S3 gaming monitor, so you won’t wanna miss it. Here’s the full list:

Remember, the Flash Sale will happen on the Saturdays of the Acer Day carnival, and the date will vary depending on which Acer Concept Store you visit. The queue for the Sale will begin at 12pm, and the Sale itself will run from 2pm till 6pm.
The first 30 people in line will be able to choose a flash sale item they want to buy at the discounted price PLUS an additional chance to buy Acerpure products at up to 60% off. Anyone behind them in the queue won’t be able to snag the discounted Acerpure products, but will still be able to buy Flash Sale items based on availability. But remember, stocks are limited, and it’s first come first serve, so don’t be late!
And of course, the Acer Day carnival doesn’t just stop there…
You can get rebates and prizes just by playing carnival games
Outside of the Flash Sales, you get to spin the Acer Wheel of Fortune with a total prize pool of RM230,000 and win instant cash rebates, Acer merchandise, or if you’re super lucky, the grand prize of instant cash rebate up to RM3,000 in Touch ‘n’ Go e-Wallet credits based on your purchase.
While anyone who buys any Acer product will get to spin the Wheel, visitors will have a chance to participate as well. All y’all have to do is ace three challenges and post a picture on social media. We got to try these challenges, and they’re actually really fun.
The first challenge, Ace the Work Life, is a typing challenge. You’ve got 1 minute to type out a sentence on the Acer Swift 14 Go laptop from a randomly chosen card. Do it with less than 3 mistakes, that’s one challenge down.
Your keyboard warrior skills will come in handy.
The second challenge, Ace the Clean Life, has you throwing a balloon onto a blowing Acerpure Air Purifier fan, and if the balloon stays afloat for 5 seconds, that’s the second challenge down.
Pro gamer tip: throw the balloon gently, and you’ll be cool
Last but not least, Ace the Battlefield is a gaming challenge that pits you against AI opponents. In our case, we had to play a round of Street Fight V on a Predator laptop.
You can also choose to play Mortal Combat if Street Fighter is not your thing
Once you’ve done all three challenges, be sure to post a picture on Facebook, Twitter (X) or Instagram. Then, you’ll get to spin the Wheel of Fortune to win some goodies!

Yeah, that’s right, the Acer Day 2023 celebration extends beyond the carnival – in fact, it extends beyond the physical realm. From 3 August till 30 September 2023, any of y’all who buy selected Acer products online and offline at ALL Acer Concept Stores and participating Acer stores will be able to redeem Touch ‘n’ Go e-Wallet credit…
…and take part in monthly giveaways with a total prize pool of RM600,000. The prizes waiting for you include a Nitro 5 gaming laptop, Predator gaming chair, adjustable height table, and Acer Melbourne Truck 4-wheel luggage bag.
Customers who purchase selected Predator and Nitro gaming laptops or desktops in August have an additional chance to win an extra special prize – a pair of tickets worth over RM18,000 to Sydney for the Intel Extreme Masters 2023, a pro gaming tour in Sydney, Australia.
