No contract + RM1 iPhone 16. Yes 5G’s new iPhone plan doesn’t make sense

Yes 5G postpaid users get a free iPhone 16 claw machine token

Yes 5G was giving free tokens on Instagram up til September 19th, but you still have two ways to get them. You can get a token when you purchase any Yes product over RM30, or if you’re an existing Postpaid subscriber.

If you manage to grab the iPhone 16, you can buy it for just RM1 after signing up for a postpaid plan… unless you’re already a subscriber. If you aren’t familiar with Yes 5G, they give you uncapped data and speed – with free 5G roaming in Singapore – starting from just RM35/month.
