Coffee mix with Pepsi? Can ah? Try it for free at IOI City Mall this weekend!

Like this writer’s past relationships, some things should absolutely not go together. However, some unlikely combos actually turn out pretty well, like tomatoes and sugar, chili and chocolate, or…y’know…COFFEE AND SODA??!!??!

So when we were invited to the Zus X Pepsi X HONOR roadshow in IOI City Mall to try Zus and Pepsi’s collaborative concoctions, we were like… why do you hate us? And yes, concoctionS because there are actually two drinks with names that gave us Final Fantasy vibes: Sour & Cloud

And despite our initial reservations, we were wrong. As writers who are kept alive by an endless infusion of coffee, trust us when we say that both coffees are good and definitely worth trying out.

The guy made the coffee so fast, it was like zussssssssss

As far as we can tell, Sour is has a black coffee/cold brew base, Pepsi, and maaaaaaaybe lemon? It kinda tastes like a Pepsi Twist on the top note, with a coffee undertone. On the other hand, Cloud is a milk-based coffee with a creamy foam head that kinda tastes like a float. This writer’s personal favorite is the Sour – it takes a while to get used to, but you’ll start appreciating how refreshing each sip becomes.

Both drinks will be available at Zus stores in September, but you can try both out for free at the roadshow this weekend. All you have to do is participate in three roadshow activities OR buy any HONOR products. If coffee’s not your thing, you can also grab a free can of Pepsi from the vending machine next to the Zus kiosk.

But wait, that’s not all.

On top of the activities, there’ll also be a meet and greet with Janna Nick and the Yang Yang Special Hour where you’ll get a chance to win exclusive merchandise from Yang Yang, the ambassador of the HONOR 90 series.

So if you gatal (Janna Nick reference +1) to try the Pepsi X Zus coffees with a dash of HONOR, head on over to LG East Court, IOI City Mall anytime from 10am to 10pm – Don’t be latte!
