As such, Quaker has developed a 30-Day Recipe Guide to help individuals explore healthier and delicious full meal recipes with oats- which are a nutritious and high-fiber alternative to your typical carbs.

The recipes range from light snacks such as salmon cakes with oats, to heavier meals such as oat fried rice; catering to individuals looking to have a healthier alternative to their usual eats. 2. Explore new fitness routines with the Quaker Fit Challenge

Besides providing a guide to eating right, the challenge also features weekly bucket goals through exercise routines. It will include recommendations such as cardio and general guides to achieving new breakthroughs in your workout routine, such as 20 minutes of physical exercise.

As the challenge progresses, the milestones will gradually increase in difficulty to promote consistency, build healthier habits, and support effective weight management. According to their spokesperson, the campaign offers participants a structured yet adaptable program that is easy-to-follow, yet can leave long-lasting effects.

Participants can easily monitor their weight management journey by using Quaker’s Instagram Story template for weekly check-ins. These templates serve as a fun and interactive way to track progress, share achievements, and engage with others participating in the challenge.
