We are CILISOS MEDIA, a media organisation with a simple philosophy – that the only way to consume information is with a serious dose of flavor. Hence, our goal is to make mundane things like news and current issues entertaining and informative in equal measure.

This 6-month fellowship commencing in July is part of the Indo-Pacific Media Advancement Program (IPMAP) by INTERNEWS, an international nonprofit that supports independent media organizations in 100+ countries to contribute to the overall goal of supporting media outlets by developing business strategies, enhancing independent journalism, and countering disinformation. 

Whether you’re interested in big-picture, strategic work, or want to learn the ways of building a sustainable business, we are confident this role will contribute positively to your journey.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with documentation and optimization of existing company processes.
  • Researching and identifying new business opportunities and initiatives.
  • Cross-collaborating with different departments to execute strategic projects.

Who You Are:

  • You have or are completing a degree in Business, Media Studies, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office.
  • Bonus: Previous internship or work experience.
