Aite, we’re gonna level with you… even though Cilisos may look like we’re always having fun, some of us have down days too. Sure, we may only have the average age of 30 years old (inb4 older people scolding us for being whiny millennials) BUT we’ve had moments where it feels like the lights have been switched out.
But the thing is, when you’ve realized that you’ve hit rock bottom, there’s only one way to go from there… and that’s upwards!
Amazing things can happen when you put fitness first
Hitting rock bottom also means that you’ve found ‘that moment’ when you realise you need a change in your life, and that’s actually a good thing. Sure it takes a combination of things to pick you up, but one of them is none other than… your health. That’s exactly what our friends at Fitness First want to help you with.
The gym itself needs no introduction – you already know that it’s one of the biggest chains in Malaysia. They also have one of the largest number of group exercise instructors around and have 1,500 classes a WEEK so you can choose one that suits your need at any time (e.g. BOOM and HOOK for boxing, or even signature classes such as Hardcore Series, Edge Series). These classes can help build your strength, core muscles and endurance so that you get fitter while inching towards the body you desire.
They’ve also got a wider range of equipment, including those with newer technology and weird names like SkillMill, Torque Tank, SkiErg, Assault Air Bike, Stages Flight 1 & 3 bikes… and a tyre-flipping machine called TireFlip 180?! And because they have the largest number of personal trainers around, you can always reach out to any one of them for a personalised programme to help you meet your goals.
So if you’re in need of a little push, it may not be a bad idea to sign up for a 7-day free trial. To get it, just take Cilisos’ first ever fitness survey! Together with Fitness First, we wanna kepoh and find out the weird/interesting/funny things about the average Malaysian fitness lifestyle:
How many pushups can the average Malaysian do?
What is the most annoying part about the Malaysian gym culture?
Is taking the lift for ONE FLOOR as common as we think?
How many of us consider SHOPPING as exercising?!
Take the survey and we’ll share the answers with you in a few weeks time. See if you’re more ‘sado’ than the average Malaysian, hehe. Hurry, the survey and free 7-day trial signup closes Monday, 17th September 2018.
