Wanna lower your cholesterol & win a free vacation? Join this challenge!

Hey, you. Yeah, you, sitting in your squeaky office chair, in an air-conditioned office, sipping on a bag of teh ais ikat tepi. You might have high blood pressure without knowing it.

That couldn’t be me, right?

So, according to Nestlé, four out of ten Malaysian adults have high cholesterol, and almost half of them are under the age of 40. What makes this even scarier is that only a quarter of them are aware of their high cholesterol levels. It’s not a great situation to be in, since as you all know, high cholesterol is a major risk factor for heart disease.

Well, it’s a good thing that…

You can lower your cholesterol levels AND win a prize from Nestlé

That’s right, with the Nestlé Omega Plus 30-Day Challenge, you too can win exciting prizes including a RM5,000 domestic vacation or RM500 sports gift card! To kick things off, all you have to do is:

  1. Buy RM20 worth of Nestlé Omega Plus products to sign up for the challenge
  2. You’ll then get a free BP Healthcare lipid profile test
  3. If your results indicate high or borderline high low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol, you’re eligible to start the Nestlé Omega Plus 30-Day Challenge
  4. In the following 30 days, simply consume two servings of NESTLÉ OMEGA PLUS daily
  5. Record your consumption in the BookDoc App by posting a photo each time
  6. If you successfully reduce your LDL levels during the challenge, you’ll be eligible to win prizes!

As part of the challenge, participants will also receive a free 5-day starter kit accompanied by support from professional health coaches via the BookDoc App to help with their 30-day journey to healthier cholesterol levels. What’s in the 5-day starter kit you ask? It’s a nice little package that looks like this:

There will be 10 packs of Nestlé Omega Plus inside, so that’s 5 days of the challenge covered. Plus, there’s a nifty RM20 Shopee voucher included!

The 30-Day Challenge is among Nestlé’s various initiatives to encourage Malaysians to adopt a healthier lifestyle, including a balanced diet and regular exercise.

“We are thrilled to resume the 30-Day Challenge and inspire Malaysians to prioritize their heart health. We hope that many Malaysians will join us on this journey and see the benefits of reducing their cholesterol levels. The 30-Day Challenge has continued to motivate and educate Malaysians to be proactive in taking care of their heart health and we are confident this year, many more Malaysians will take up the challenge,” – Kenny Wong, Business Executive Officer, Dairy and Adult Nutrition Business Unit at Nestlé Malaysia
