Come August 9th, our dear southern neighbours will be having their 49th birthday – where they have massive street parties to celebrate the day they ceased to be part of… Malaysia.

Anyways, we like to think of our constant poking as a sign of affection. So, what better way to celebrate their mid-life crisis than… this series of weekly comics counting down to Singapore’s 49th Birthday?
