The Beechcraft 390, also known as Premier 1, and registered as N28JV, was operated by Jetvalet Sdn Bhd, a private Malaysian charter firm.

The plane departed the Langkawi International Airport at 2.08 pm on its way to Subang’s Sultan Abdul Aziz Airport.
10 lives lost in the flight crash in Elmina
Pahang state assemblyman, Johari Harun and the CEO of an aviation company are reported to be among the ten people killed in the incident. Also killed were a car driver and motorcyclist when the plane allegedly crashed into them. Those who died were in their 40s to 50s.
Transport Minister Anthony Loke updated in his latest speech that the plane diverged from its original path. Additionally, BERNAMA reported that all the bodies were discovered at 10.30 pm on 17 Aug 2023. The deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) tests for the next of kin to identify the 10 individuals who passed away in the plane crash in Elmina, here today, will be conducted at the South Klang District Police Headquarters (IPD) from tonight as of 12 am on 18 Aug 2023.
